Terms of Use
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This website is operated by Bronze Ledger ("Bronze Ledger," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and us. You accept these Terms when you submit the evaluation form by clicking "Get My Free Evaluation," and they also apply to any use of this website. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.
PLEASE READ THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" SECTION BELOW CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, AND EXPLAINS HOW TO OPT OUT.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this website. The website is intended only for users located in the United States.
Nature of the service
This website is an independent marketing and lead generation service. We are not the IRS, a government agency, a law firm, or a tax resolution company. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Submitting the evaluation form connects you with licensed third-party tax resolution providers who may contact you about their services. We are compensated by the providers we connect you with; this compensation may influence which provider your request is routed to.
No guarantee of outcome
Eligibility for any tax relief program is determined solely by the IRS or the applicable state tax authority based on your individual circumstances. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of debt reduction, penalty abatement, or acceptance into any program.
Your information and your phone number
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself only. You represent that the name, email address, and phone number you submit are your own, that you are the subscriber or customary user of that phone number, and that you are not submitting information on behalf of, or about, any other person. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, you agree to tell us or the provider that contacts you. Providers rely on the details you submit to assess which options may apply to you.
Electronic communications and signatures
You agree that clicking "Get My Free Evaluation" is your electronic signature, that agreements, consents, and notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, and that we may keep electronic records of your visit and consent, including through TrustedForm, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; submit false, fraudulent, or another person's information; use bots, scripts, or automated means to access, scrape, or submit forms on the website; interfere with its security or operation; or copy, modify, or distribute its content without our written permission. We may suspend or block access to the website, and reject any submission, at any time and for any reason.
Third-party providers and advertisers
Tax resolution providers and advertisers that you are connected with or that you visit through this website are independent businesses that we do not control. Your engagement with any of them is governed by their own terms and agreements, and we are not responsible for their services, fees, advice, or conduct.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL CONTACT YOU OR ACCEPT YOU AS A CLIENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions, including New Jersey, do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent that the law of your jurisdiction allows, and nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bronze Ledger and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of information you submit that is false or that belongs to another person, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
Time limit to bring claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class action waiver
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration or small claims case, the party bringing the claim must send the other a written notice describing the claim and the relief requested (to us at info@bronzeledger.com; to you at the contact information you submitted). The parties will try in good faith to resolve the claim for 60 days after the notice is received. Statutes of limitations are paused during that period.
Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the submission of your information, or any calls, text messages, or emails you receive as a result of submitting the evaluation form — including any claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar state telemarketing laws — shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. This agreement covers claims against Bronze Ledger and against the tax resolution providers that receive your request and their respective owners, employees, agents, and vendors, each of which is an intended third-party beneficiary of this section and may enforce it. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Who decides. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to decide all issues about the scope, applicability, enforceability, and formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court decides any issue about the class action waiver, the representative action waiver, or the mass arbitration provisions below.
Costs and location. We will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration you start that is required by these Terms, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. Each party pays its own attorneys' fees unless the law or the arbitrator awards otherwise. The arbitration will take place by video or telephone, or in person in the county where you live.
Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, and the demands may be administered in batches as those rules provide.
Class action and jury trial waiver. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Claims may be brought and decided only in an individual capacity, and the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual claimant. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
If the waiver fails. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration, and in no event may it proceed as a class arbitration. The rest of this section still applies to all other claims.
Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@bronzeledger.com within 30 days after you first submit the evaluation form, stating your name, the phone number and email address you submitted, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Survival. This section survives the end of your use of the website and any revocation of your consent to be contacted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and changes apply only to uses of the website after they are posted. Changes do not apply to any dispute that arose, or that either party had notice of, before the change was posted. If we change the dispute resolution section, you may reject the change by emailing info@bronzeledger.com within 30 days after it is posted, in which case the prior version continues to apply to you.
General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consent you give when submitting the evaluation form, are the entire agreement between you and us about this website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, except as stated in the dispute resolution section. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to any affiliate or successor. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on warranties, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, survive termination.
